You can use folders to organise your outbound communications, your data structure, reports, and more. How you go about creating your folder depends on which module you're creating it for.
We recommend that you establish a naming and folder convention in Agillic early to make it easier for you to locate your emails in the future.

How to Create a Folder in the Flows Module
- Log in to Staging.
- Open the Flows module.
- Open the 'Flows' folder and click on the sub-folder where you want to create your new folder.
- Click the 'Create' icon in the Folders toolbar.
- Click 'New Folder'.
- Fill in a name in the folder by hovering over the 'Rename' icon and clicking it. Fill out the name and click the 'Apply' icon.
Your folder is now ready to be used.

How to Create a Folder in the Channels Module
- Log in to Staging.
- Open the Channels module and select the channel where you want to create your folder.
- Click on the sub-folder where you want to create your new folder.
- At the bottom of the left sidebar, click 'Create Folder'.
- Fill in the name of your folder in the 'Name' field.
- Click 'OK'.
Your folder is now ready to be used.

How to Create a Folder Through 'Promotion Rules' in the Promotions Module
- Log in to Staging.
- Mouse-over the Promotions module and select 'Promotion Rules'.
- Select the Promotions folder from the left sidebar.
- Click the sub-folder where you want to create your new folder.
- Click the 'Create' icon in the top toolbar.
- Select 'New Folder'.
- Fill in a name for the folder by hovering over the 'Rename' icon and clicking it. Fill out the name and click the 'Apply' icon.
Your folder is now ready to be used.
