The 26.0 release is here!
At Agillic, we are happy to present new product improvements that will aid your use of the platform, and enable you to be more efficient with the Agillic platform.
We are pleased to announce two significant enhancements to the platform
To support a clearer and more intuitive way of working with your communications, we are renaming Promotions and Propositions in Agillic. Going forward, they will be known as Messages and Message Variants. You can read more in this article.
We are Introducing enhanced Link Reporting. You now have the ability to easily report directly on links in Emails addition to Events. Available in pre-made email reports, standalone reports and activity export (with more places to follow). Please note that Link Reporting is available on emails that were created (or updated) and sent after version 26.0. Read more about the new report here
- Also, we are pleased to announce Early Access to the new Auto-archiving feature, designed to keep your Agillic workspace clean, organized, and responsive. It allows the system to automatically archiving older items such as flows and emails, while maintaining the ability to restore items when necessary. Besides the above changes, here is what we're also bringing to the platform in 26.0.
New visual identity
- Updated colors in the Flow Designer and in the Startpage that aligns with Agillic's new visual identity
Copywriter
- When using the copywriter for different variants, it is now easier to see which message variant and field you are currently editing, so you know you are making the right changes.
Decentralised Messaging
- You now have the ability to publish a campaign created via Decentralised Messaging, and all of its associated items, to Production via a new API endpoint.
- We have introduced asynchronous versions of both the staging and editing operations to improve performance for larger message calls.
- A number of performance optimizations to the staging operation
Data
- You now have the ability to filter an Activity Export with a Target Group when performing on-demand exports. By selecting a Target Group when performing an on-demand Activity Export, data will only be exported for those recipients currently in the Target Group.
- It is now possible to include push token mobile applications in activity exports, so you can report on opens and clicks by device.

Reporting
- Premade email reports now include information of Conversions in the created email report.
