A template is a pre-defined layout that controls the look and feel of your communication. When creating a communication, such as an email or Advisor page, your template controls the styling and you can customise the layout with text, images, and more Content Blocks in the email designer.
Templates are generally split into the following template types:
The design of your content template consists of HTML as a series of Blocks. Due to how browsers and email clients read HTML, we recommend making at least one content template per type of outbound communication or Portal page that you wish to use.
The design of your push template is in XML as a series of different fields which you can fill out when creating a push notifications. When you make a push template in this way, make sure the fields match the required fields in your external notification service.
The push template will define which information you can deliver to your external notification service. The delivered push notification can then redirect to a recipient's device.
Ask your developer to make templates to your specifications or contact your Customer Success Manager for Agillic pricing. Developer Documentation on how to make templates is available here.
