New and improved interface for an enhanced user experience
Say hello to a new work experience!
Through a series of releases, we are innovating and modernising the Agillic Customer Marketing Platform. As we innovate, we aim to strike the perfect balance between power and ease-of-use. Power, because you can tap into potent features and perform sophisticated tasks. Ease-of-use, because you can interact smoothly with the platform through intuitive and logical design. Throughout all the changes efficiency, effectiveness and user satisfaction are at the high seat.
Redesign of the start page
The start page has been redesigned from scratch and is now more visual and intuitive to give you an improved and accelerated workflow. The visualisations enable you to better monitor channel activity and new recipients with additional KPIs and trend visualisation. As a new thing, you can also see the split between the various types of events across channels.
We have made the flows widgets more operational with improved filtering based on flow status. You can search in the flows and hide selected flows, for example, if they have no recipients. The flow widgets give you an overview of past, current and future flows and make it easier to analyse flows and get an assessment if they have been successful or not and to troubleshoot failing or inefficient flows.
The Upload widget and the Recipient Snapshot widget have been overhauled and are now much more easy to work with.
Finally, with all the news, some of the old has to go. We have boldly removed obsolete widgets. Let us know if you miss them.
New main navigation
We have also tampered with the main navigation and changed the name of the ‘Content’ tab to ‘Channels’ – mainly because this is what the tab is all about. You will also find improvements to the Publishing experience, including better system feedback as you publish.
Visual modernisation
As part of the innovation of the user interface, the overall look and feel of the Agillic Customer Marketing Platform is modernised. We have applied a new and more modern colour scheme, as well as a more legible font. Plus, the system information you need during your work is now organised in a way that will give you an overview at a glance. Time to log in and check it all out!
Improved Paid Media Capabilities
We are releasing a highly improved version of the Google Ads connector. We now support a multiple account setup based on Google profile authentication, and we are also increasing the match rate by extending the number of identifiers transferred to Google.
When transferring the Customer lists to you Google Account, we now support relating - including or excluding - the Customer list directly to a Google campaign or Ad group. Lastly, we now support list updates which are especially useful for bulk flows - an enhancement to the current add/remove actions.
Additional Feature Releases
Multi-brands support
With the introduction of the Brands feature, we now provide the option of managing multiple brands within the same instance, eliminating the risk of sending communications to recipients not having the proper brand-permission. If you already are handling multiple brands and permission-types within your instance - or is planning to - this feature will come in handy. Read more about the feature and about how to get started with Brands.
Domain-based unsubscribe
Using Domain-based unsubscribe you can manage unsubscribes and complaints based on domains. With Domain-based unsubscribe enabled, a recipient can unsubscribe and report spam (complaints/abuse) on emails sent from one domain and still receive emails from another domain within the same instance. This can be used for defining brand-specific unsubscribes and complaints when working with multiple Brands. Domain-based unsubscribe can only be enabled if you have multiple registered verified domains.
Personalised email attachments
Maybe you want to add a Terms & Condition PDF or perhaps a personalised PDF file to your email send-out? You now can. Point to external paths and attach personalised files for your emails or simply add static attachments from e.g. the media browser. Promotions can also be used to attach different files depending on the matched Proposition. Learn more about email attachments here.
Execution ID for Business Intelligence purposes
With the Execution ID enabled you can distinguish between multiple executions of the same Flow to the same recipient. The Execution ID is set Globally for your account and will - when enabled - include a sequential Execution ID in the report. This adds great value when performing analysis of recurring flows in your own Business Intelligence system.
