With our latest release, you can clean up across your entire instance in a flash, leaving you to work more efficiently within the Agillic Marketing Platform. There will be no more battling with hundreds or even thousands of outdated and inactive elements!

Introducing the Clean Up feature
If you’ve ever felt lost when obtaining an overview of thousands of emails, events, or Flows, then this feature will come in handy! The Clean Up feature lets you run through all or specific items, including your Flows, emails, transactional emails, SMSs, app push messages, push notifications, prints, Promotions, Target Groups, and Events, based on a user-selected inactivity period. You can then either choose which inactive items to delete from a list or simply let Agillic do the leg work while you sit back and relax.
Do your bit of summer cleaning in Agillic so that your time spent within the platform will be as efficient and performance-driven as possible.
What to be aware of
The Clean Up feature is only available on Staging and can only be used by one Agillic user at a time. Further to this, the Clean Up feature is completely detached from any activity data. You can read all about the details of this cool, new feature here.
