Agillic 21.3 in details
Optimising Promotions
Some of you are using this feature already, some of you may have heard about it. For some, it might be totally new. But, no matter which group you fall into, the way of working with Promotions will be fresh, more efficient, and support a smoother workflow. So, make sure you check out the details below as Promotions will assist you in driving business results by leveraging this very powerful part of the Agillic personalisation engine.
Promotions let you work with centralised content detached from any channel. This also means that content is automatically executed by Agillic based on your configuration, optimising who gets to see what content at what time and on which channel. When designing your Promotions and Propositions, the Promotion editor supports everything you will need from plain text, rich text, links, images, and pdf files. It even goes as far as supporting working with events, side-effects, exposure counts, advanced settings for start- and end- dates, and automatic deletion of propositions. So, getting started or optimising your use of this feature has never been more relevant.
Further, if you want to get really advanced when working with Promotions, remember to check out our ETL service and our Promotion API.
