The Library allows you to save specific content that you want to reuse across multiple communications. Once you've created a Library Block, you can insert it into different communications. You can edit Library Blocks in the Library. This will automatically update all the communications using the Library Block you edit.
It's important to note that templates are often designed with different stylings. We don't recommend using a Library Block from one template in another. This may cause the Block styling to become incorrect.
The types of content you can store in the Library are:
- Blocks with content from an Advisor page, Web page, email, or print file.
- Push Blocks - specific blocks you can use for your Push Notifications in the Push Outbound Channel that you'll find in the Channels Module. You can create all types of dynamic content through a Push Block which will create a push notification.
- App Portlet - such as a specific survey created with the 'questionnaire' application.
The Push Blocks are used to make app pushes dynamic. For this reason, you will likely only use a Push Block in a single app push.
