Agillic 20.2 walkthrough
Agillic 20.2 brings the second edition of our smooth and intuitive Assets Manager. With this release, we now provide our users with a grid view option as well as search possibilities across all of your assets, sorting by name, size, references, and more. Also, we’re releasing a smooth preview feature - available in full-screen mode if needed - and working with Favorites for assets.
With 20.2, we’re also updating the general workflow for inserting and working with images in emails. This provides a smoother and more efficient workflow for content creation.
Transactional email improvements
We’re excited about the whole list of improvements to our Transactional email channel included in the 20.2 release. Among these improvements is the possibility to “tag” specific email templates to only be used for transactional emails. 20.2 also allows you to quickly identify transactional emails when working with target-groups and our condition editor. Also, we’ve updated the activity widget to include transactional emails activity so you can now see the number of sent and opened transactional emails directly on the start page.
Language Versioning Improvements
As of the 20.2 release, you can configure a custom language date format for language versioning control. What this means is that you can set custom formats for each language version for dates, timestamps, and decimal separators for numbers. So, if you’re communicating with recipients in multiple languages, this feature will come very much in handy!
Paid media and GDPR compliance
This release also contains an improvement for our Paid Media channel. 20.2 contains a new option when deleting recipients to automatically remove them from any Facebook Audience campaign. This way, you assure that you don’t waste your advertising budget on recipients who have opted out of your marketing consent, looking after your return on advertising spend.
Furthermore, 20.2 also enables you to take advantage of the following brilliant features and improvements:
- Receive a warning when testing emails with contextual data - you’ll get a reminder that previews or tests do not show contextual data.
- Improvements to email templates - filter out old or irrelevant email template blocks, making them in-accessible when creating content.
- Receive a warning when uploading assets that are bigger than 100MB.
