Just released: A refreshed design for the Flow Designer
The Flow Designer has a new look, and the update is already live for all customers. With a refreshed and more intuitive design, it is now easier to navigate and work efficiently while keeping the functionality you already know.
While the functionality remains unchanged for now, the updated design enhances clarity and usability, streamlining your workflow and aligning the Flow Designer with the rest of the Agillic platform.
Using the investigation tool in the new Flow Designer
Here is what you will notice:
- No learning curve: The same features you rely on, now presented in a more user-friendly design.
- Improved navigation: A cleaner interface that helps you focus on what matters most.
- Visual consistency: A unified look and feel across the Agillic platform.
Along with the refreshed design, there is also a new layout for flow settings. And this is only the beginning! We are exploring ways to expand the Flow Designer further, including introducing more step types in the future.
Stay tuned for what is next.
Coming soon: Integration Hub
We are introducing a new Integration Hub in Agillic, designed to make it easier to connect Agillic with other systems in your Martech stack.
The Integration Hub will provide a central place to manage connections, helping you streamline how data and processes flow between Agillic and your wider ecosystem of tools.
This feature is not yet available, but it will offer new possibilities for configurators and system administrators to set up and oversee integrations more efficiently.
Stay tuned for more details as we move closer to release.
Coming soon: Flow Reporting and Insights
We are working on new capabilities in the Flow Designer to support easier evaluation and optimisation of customer journeys. The upcoming Flow Reporting and Flow Insights are being designed to give you a clearer view of how your flows perform and how recipients engage across channels.
By bringing reporting closer to where you build your journeys, you will be able to assess performance in context and better understand how changes impact results over time. The goal is to make it easier to identify what works, refine your messaging, and continuously improve the customer experience.
These features are not yet available, but we look forward to sharing more as development progresses.
