The Agillic start page
Recent and Favourite Items
The Recent Items widget gives you a list of items that you've recently been working on, or more specifically modifying.
To the left of each item, there's an icon indicating what type of item it is. Whenever you click on an item, you're directed to the location of the item.
Under the same widget, if you select 'Favourites', you'll see an overview of items that you've marked as your favourites.
Upload Files
The Upload Files widget allows you to upload files to 'Images and Files' within the Assets Manager directly from the start page. You can either choose to drag-and-drop a file or click to browse for a file on your computer.
The widget shows the name and destination of where your file will be uploaded. Click 'Change' if you wish to change the destination. You can also create a new folder under an existing folder and place your file there.
Please note that this widget is not shown on Production.
Channel Activity
The Channel Activity widget shows data from seven different channels: emails sent, emails opened, SMSs sent, SMSs received, app pushes sent, prints sent, and two paid media charts (Google Ads and Facebook).
You can choose whether you wish to see data based on the 'Last 30 Days', 'Yesterday', or 'Today'. If you choose 'Today', the widget shows a trend indicator, allowing you to compare your channels' performance to last week's performance. The performance is calculated on the same day last week and is expressed in percentage. For example, it could be '+25% vs Last Monday'.
You can also use the toggle menu to customise what channels you wish to be shown. This setting is saved for your user profile and not for the whole instance. Therefore, other users can choose different channels in this widget.
Flows Overview
The Flows Overview widget shows a combined view of complete, running, and upcoming Flows in one view. For each execution, you see the name of the Flow and the name of the Target Group if there's an active Target Group on the Flow. Clicking these names will direct you to the Flow and the Target Group respectively.
For each execution, you're able to see the total number of recipients as well as a divided count based on how many are waiting, failed, other or successful.
The Other column include recipients that have exited the flow before ending of the last step, this can be due to e.g. the recipient have been manually kicked from the flow, if the execution during a step was interrupted for some reason or if there was a timeout from the service at some point during the flow.
Furthermore, the widget shows a status bar for each execution based on a number of successful, waiting, other and failed recipients.
There are a number of different filtering options available with this widget:
- Filter the executions by toggling the quick filters, which are 'Completed', 'In progress', and 'Failed recipients'.
- Search for specific Flows or Target Groups by using the search bar at the top.
- Choose the time period you want to see. You can do this either by choosing 'Last 30 Days', 'Yesterday' or 'Today', or by using the date picker to select a specific interval.
- Enable 'Show Only Important Flows' to filter Flows based on frequent schedules and outbound Steps in the Flows. This setting is saved locally for your user. You can also define what you'd like to count as important Flows in the widget settings.
Recipient Information
The Recipient Information widget shows a predefined summary of any given recipient. This summary contains basic Person Data fields. They are the recipient's ID, the created time, their first name, their last name, their phone number, and their email address.
You can find a recipient by searching for the recipient ID. Once you've found them, you can also see which Target Groups they belong to at this point in time, as well as the Conditions for these Target Groups.
You can also easily do a GDPR export from this widget after you've located the recipient. Learn more about how to do a GDPR export for a given recipient here.
Events Registered
The Events Registered widget allows you to see how many events have been triggered on your instance.
The colours in the diagram signify which channel the events were triggered through. Again, you can choose whether you want to see the data for today, tomorrow, or the last 30 days.
New Recipients
The New Recipients widget allows you to see how many recipients have been added to your instance.
Again, you can choose whether you want to see the data from today, tomorrow or the last 30 days.
