A Reminder Flow can be useful when you want to send your recipient a reminder email when they haven't opened an email after a given amount of time.
How to Create a Reminder Flow with a Fixed Date
- Create a Target Group.
- Create one or multiple email(s).
- Create a new Flow and fill in a name for the Flow.
- Add your Target Group as the first part of the Flow.
- Add an email Step to your Flow.
- Fill in a name for your email Step.
- Add your email in the drop-down under the 'Email Template' field.
- Add a 'Wait For Period' Step to your Flow.
- Fill in a name for your 'Wait for Period Step'.
- Set a dynamic period by using the 'Wait for period' number field and drop-down.
- Add another email Step to your Flow.
- Fill in a name for your email Step.
- Add the email you would like to use as your Reminder Email under 'Email Template'.
- Add the following condition in this Email Step. Email - 'First Email Name' - Opened - Condition not met.
- Click 'Save'.
