If you'd like to set up a webpage where users can see and edit recipient data without having Agillic credentials, you should set up an Advisor Portal. For example, they might be used to allow members of your customer service department to log in and look at recipient data without having to log directly into Agillic.
Each page in the Advisor Portal requires a Menu Item. This controls which users should be able to log in to see the content. At a minimum, an Advisor Portal consists of a login page, a search page, and a results page.
How to Create an Advisor Portal
To create an Advisor page, you'll need a Web template which controls the general styling and layout possibilities. This template must be designed by a template developer in HTML. You can either choose to make the template yourself if you have an inhouse template developer, or you can make use of Agillic's template developer who provides a paid service. The template will define a series of Blocks which you can add, remove, and re-organise to control the layout of a specific portal page. Each Block can also be set to a dynamic block which will change the content of the portal page, depending on the data of the recipient.
An Advisor page will be able to show HTML snippets and custom or standard applications from the Media Browser.
