If you'd like to organise your recipient's Person Data, you can do this in the Person Data Settings in the Settings module. Simply look under the System Settings section in the left sidebar.
You can specify which Person Data you'd like to use for different purposes in Agillic. For example, you may want to use a recipient's email address as their username or unique recipient ID. You can also index Person Data under these settings, allowing you to group different Person Data together to make it easier to navigate through.

Indexing Person Data
The Index panel is where you can specify which data you'd like to index. This is most commonly used if you need to set up a Person to Person Lookup.
You can index Person Data fields in Agillic to make it quicker to search for the specific Person Data. This does slow down the system a little and takes up extra storage space. You can select up to five Person Data fields to index.
Additionally, you can add a prefix index to an indexed Person Data fields to make 'like' conditions faster. A maximum of five Person Data fields can have the prefix index applied across the Indexed and Unique Person Data fields.
