How to Clear all Activity Data for a Single Recipient
- Open the Data module.
- Select 'Target Groups' from the left sidebar.
- Open the 'Target Groups' folder, also from the left sidebar.
- Navigate to an existing Target Group or create a new Target Group that contains the recipient you want to clear Activity Data for.
- Open the 'Recipients' section and click on the recipient to highlight them.
- Select 'Clear All Activities' from the drop-down.
- Click 'OK' when the pop-up window appears.
Now, you've cleared all Activity Data for the recipient.

How to Clear Specific Activity Data for a Single Recipient
- Open the Data module.
- Select 'Target Groups' from the left sidebar.
- Open the 'Target Groups' folder, also from the left sidebar.
- Navigate to an existing Target Group or create a new Target Group that contains the recipient you want to clear Activity Data for.
- Open the 'Recipients' section and click on the recipient to highlight them.
- In the 'Recipients' section toolbar, select the 'Clear' icon. It's third from the right.
- A pop-up window will appear. Click the checkbox 'Activities'.
- Drag and drop Activities to and from the right column to generate the list of activities you want to clear.
- Click the 'Clear' button to clear the specified activities for the recipient.
- When the pop-up window appears, click 'OK'.
Now, you've cleared the specified activities for the recipient.

How to Clear all Activity Data for a Target Group
- Open the Data module.
- Select 'Target Groups' from the left sidebar.
- Open the 'Target Groups' folder, also from the left sidebar.
- Navigate to an existing Target Group or create a new Target Group that contains the recipients you want to clear Activity Data for.
- Click on the Target Group.
- Click the 'Clear Target Group' icon in the 'Target Group' toolbar.
- Select 'Clear All Activity Data' from the drop-down.
- When the pop-up window appears, click 'OK'.
Now, you've cleared all Activity Data for the Target Group.

How to Clear Specific Activity Data for a Target Group
- Open the Data module.
- Select 'Target Groups' from the left sidebar.
- Open the 'Target Groups' folder, also from the left sidebar.
- Navigate to an existing Target Group or create a new Target Group that contains the recipients you want to clear Activity Data for.
- Click on the Target Group.
- Click the 'Clear Target Group' icon in the 'Target Group' toolbar.
- Click 'Select Data to be cleared' from the drop-down.
- A pop-up window will appear. Click the checkbox 'Activities'.
- Drag and drop activity data to and from the right column to generate the list of Activity Data you want to clear.
- Click the 'Clear' button to clear the specified Activity Data for the Target Group.
- A pop-up window will appear. Click 'OK'.
Now, you've cleared the specified Activity Data for the Target Group.
