Sometimes, it's necessary to edit your recipient's data. It's important to remember that recipients on Staging are meant to be for testing whereas those on Production are live recipients. Therefore, make sure you're on the correct environment before you edit your recipients.

How to Edit a Recipient's Person Data
- Open the Data module.
- Select 'Target Groups' from the left sidebar and then open the 'Target Groups' folder.
- Navigate to an existing Target Group or create a new Target Group.
- Add Conditions that match the recipient you want to find. Learn how to create Conditions here. Example: All - Person Data - EMAIL - Equals - Mytestemail@Agilliccandy.com - Condition met.
- Click 'Save'.
You can make it easier to find future recipients by having a Target Group dedicated to finding recipients. This way, you'll be able to edit your Target Group's Conditions without worrying that the Target Group is used for something else.
- Click on the 'Recipients' section to fold out the recipients' overview.
- Locate the recipient you need to edit from the list.
- Double click on the Person Data you want to change.
If you can't find the Person Data field you want to edit, you'll need to change the data view.
- Select or fill in the new value.
- Repeat as necessary.
- Click 'Save' when you're done.

How to Edit a Recipient's One-to-Many Data
- Open the Data module.
- Select 'Target Groups' from the left sidebar and then open the 'Target Groups' folder.
- Navigate to an existing Target Group or create a new Target Group.
- Add Conditions that match the recipient you want to find. Learn how to create Conditions here. Example: All - One-to-many - PURCHASES - Exists -Condition met.
- Click 'Save'.
- Click on the 'Recipients' panel to fold out the recipients' overview.
- Locate the recipient you need to edit from the list.
- Click on 'Edit OTM' for a One-to-many table.
- A pop-up window will appear with the One-to-many editor. Select or fill in a new value.
- Click 'Save'.
Your recipient's One-to-Many Data has now been changed.
If you don't see the 'Edit OTM' for the table you want to edit data for, you'll need to change your details view. The recipient you want to edit One-to-many data for will have to already have one or more rows of data inserted.
If you want more rows of data, you'll need to import these by creating an Import File in the One-to-Many Data format and importing it.
