Customising links and images for a personalised experience is vital for engaging recipients. This guide explains how to use data to personalise images and create unique link destinations.

Personalising External Links and Images
You can dynamically change external link URLs and image paths with Global Dynamic Content. Add your data to an external link URL or image path using the Dynamic Content icon below the input for the external URL.
- Find the Dynamic Content icon on an external image path.
- Click it and select the Dynamic Data field you need for the URL.
Personalising Link Destinations
Link destinations, like your website, can behave differently based on URL parameters (i.e., key/value pairs sent with the link). This involves a strong collaboration with your website builders. They need to know which keys to look for, and you must ensure that links have the correct key and define the value through Dynamic Content fields.
Examples on key/value pairs sent with the link could be: In order to personalise the content of an external page for the recipients clicking on it you can use data stored in Agillic. The key/value pairs could be used to show the recipients favourite category with certain products or to push a specific campaign.
Find the Link URL Parameters in the right sidebar.
In the modal, define one or more key(s) and the Dynamic Content fields you want to use as the value. For instance, create a key called "firstname" and use the value from the Person Data field "firstname" to work with that data.
