Utilizing what you know about your recipients is seamless with Agillic's Dynamic Content feature. This powerful feature integrates data from your model into communications, enabling the creation of highly targeted and engaging messages.
Dynamic Content is divided into two categories: (1) Dynamic Content Fields and (2) Dynamic Content Blocks.
Dynamic Content Fields
Dynamic Content Fields include data that can be seamlessly inserted into any communication without requiring a specific setup. This category encompasses: Person Data, Global Data, and Unique Lookups.
To add a Dynamic Content Field to your communication, you can utilize the Dynamic Content icon or the options available in the right sidebar.
Dynamic Content Blocks
Dynamic Content Blocks requires some initial setup before use. You need to set up a content block to pull data from your data sources, which can include: One-to-Many tables, Global Data tables, Person-to-Person lookup, Data lookup, and Promotions.
The type of data source determines the icon for adding Dynamic Content, which only becomes accessible once the block have been set up as a dynamic content block.
Setting up Dynamic Content Blocks
- Begin by selecting the data source that you want to use for your Contextual Dynamic Content.
- Configure additional settings, such as conditions to limit the range of data you want to work with.
- Define how data tables are sorted and specify the number of rows to be displayed.
- Further, refine the data display by adding conditions to the evaluation of a data table.
