Navigating workflows in Agillic becomes easy with reference links, allowing you to quickly jump between platform areas and streamline your customer experience management. This guide explains the concept of reference links and how they assist in managing intricate flows and connections between work items.
The Power of References
Once you have your data in place, your communication created, and everything connected to a flow, you will reach a stage where you need to fine-tune or edit the customer experience. At this point, reference links come into play. These links, called References, are created on all items that are interconnected. They serve as a navigational tool to help you easily traverse complex flows and connections between work items.
As an example, a reference in an email can link to the flow that includes the email. Similarly, the flow will have a reference to the email attached to it, creating a seamless connection between the elements of your workflow.
